We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end aspects of our web applications. You will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 8 years of industry experience with 5 software development lifecycles.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with experience with MEAN/MERN stacks.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (TypeScript)
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Svelte
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang and JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
• Understanding of web application architecture, stateless architecture, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with asynchronous operations or message/event-driven architectures is a plus.

The ideal candidate

An ideal candidate is someone who has experience in designing, deploying and supporting a robust and resilient enterprise network infrastructure that enables PSA's innovation and 24x7 mission critical port operations. You will work with a wide variety of modern networking solutions from top tier network product manufacturers and service providers. Alongside with your colleagues from multiple ICT pillars, you will identify and implement improvements that will drive measurable business results. You will leverage your technical expertise and soft skills to bring about great value and IT service experience to our Business Units and help the organization grow the business.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

• CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Data Centre certification or equivalent

• CCIE certification will be an added advantage

• Experience designing and building complex LAN and large WAN

• Expertise in routing/switching technology, including BGP, OSPF, etc.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cisco campus and data center network products in an enterprise deployment

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure, function and deliver effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Be prepared to work in a team providing 24x7 network support

Good to have:

• Experience using ServiceNow for IT Service Management and IT Operations Management

• Experience using Splunk to support data driven network planning and troubleshooting

• Experience using Solarwinds to monitor network equipment

• Experience using Infoblox IPAM for IP address planning

• Experience designing and building network security (Palo Alto, Fortigate and Cisco firewall)

• Experience in network automation (e.g. Ansible, Python, Netconf, and RESTful API etc)

• Understanding of SDN concepts and technologies. Experience in solutions from Cisco (SD-WAN, ACI) and VMware (NSX-T) will be preferred.

• Familiarity with integration requirements for IP-based systems and storage technologies used in data centers such as Dell VxRail and PowerScale

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day network operations, covering network switch, firewall, WLC, AP, VPN, WAF and cloud networking, ensuring availability and continuity of services
• Administer and manage network routing and authentication
• Monitor network uptime and usage
• Perform network maintenance and upgrades including patches, hot fixes and security updates
• Perform scan on network/system logs for malicious activities
• Work closely with cyber security operations, covering endpoint security, SIEM and cloud security
• Liaise with 3rd party vendor and cross department for network/security projects
• Participate on internal and external network/security audit
• Maintain and update network inventory and diagram
• Investigate and troubleshoot any network incident or vulnerability
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in networking
• Experience in administration and troubleshooting skill of:
• Firewall
• Switches
• Wireless Controller
• NAC
• WAF
• Services: AAA, DNS, DHCP, MFA, backup tool, SNMP
• Cloud networking
• Hands-on experience on endpoint protection and SIEM
• Knowledge in infrastructure network design.
• Knowledge and/or experience in the following will be advantageous
• Open-source technology
• Automation
• CCNA, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification will be advantageous
