As a Senior DDQA (Development and Design Quality Assurance) CMOS Reliability Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for developing and optimizing quality and reliability criteria related to CMOS process for the next generation of Micron's memory parts. You will be partnering with Technology Development (TD) on latest products and technologies related to CMOS Front end/interconnect module and define quality and reliability fail modes especially NUDD (New, Unique, Different, Difficult) with goal to mitigate risk and achieve product qualification milestone successfully. • Build Product Fail Modes Repository based on NUDD (proactive) and previous issues (reactive), and work with key stakeholder to prevent issues or implement effective detections controls and containment.
• Deliver a new Product Fail Modes Repository and their Effective Detection Controls and Containment Document to meet technology development and Transfer timeline.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4+ years’ experience in semiconductor related engineering.
• Hands-on experience on advanced CMOS engineering and device reliability, integration or characterization, specialized in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Device Physics is a requirement.

1. Synthesis of multilayer MAC films on the surface of 2D crystals, insulators and other substrates. Their analysis by Raman spectroscopy, AFM, Ellipsometry.
2. Test of the application of ML-AC as a seed layer for ALD grown insulators.
3. Perform impedance spectroscopy to probe dielectric properties of dielectrics deposited on the surface of MAC.

• On behalf of the Owner’s Engineer (OE), the T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager for overseeing all testing and commissioning activities of the IWMF Contractors, including the coordination of testing and commissioning activities of TWRP that interface with IWMF.
• The T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager to lead the OE’s proposed testing and commissioning team and coordinate with its Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team and OE’s design team as well as the Contractors to review the development of the Contractors testing and commissioning plan and the Contractors execution of their plan in order to achieve the Project milestones for each of the IWMF EPC Contracts (EPC Package 1 – Waste to Energy/Materials Recovery Facility and EPC Package 2 – Sludge Incineration Facility/Food Waste Treatment Facility).
• The T&C Lead Engineer shall support the T&C Manager to oversee the whole of each Contractors testing and commissioning activities, and the interfaces between EPC1 and EPC2 and TWRP as relevant, which should commence from dry/cold to hot commissioning to successful completion of entire commissioning process and trial run, including optimisation of plant operation with the Contractors and O&M teams.
• Participate as required by the T&C Manager in regular T&C Coordination Meetings with the Contractor and/or Other Contractors on adjacent sites (that is attended by Client representatives or similar others also)
• Any other matters that may from time to time be delegated by the T&C Manager.
• The OE’s T&C Lead Engineers are estimated to be mobilised to site at least 6 months prior to the commencement of actual testing and commissioning by the Contractor in order to familiarise themselves with the Works and the Contractors plans for the T&C and the expectations of the Client.
