Responsibilities

• Conduct site supervision on Environmental Management & Monitoring Plan (EMMP)
• Oversee the implementation of the monitoring of noise, vibration, water quality, air quality, ecology and other environmental parameters by contractors at site according to the EMMP
• Liaise closely with contractors, project manager, and other specialists to ensure proper implementation of EMMP measures
• Act as the point of contact for the company
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure compliance with EMMP requirements by contractors
• Compile and evaluate monitoring data from contractors to prepare monthly Environmental Performance Reports (EPR)
• Conduct regular biodiversity awareness trainings to construction personnel
• Good knowledge on environmental regulations in Singapore would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently would be advantageous
• The candidate will be stationed at the project’s construction site full-time for two or more years
• Provide support for other tasks, including administrative tasks depending on the needs of the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/Science, Diploma, or other Professional qualifications will be considered.
• Good technical skills and understanding of construction activities supported with good report writing and communication skills
• 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred, training will be provided during the course of work

About the role: The EICA Engineer shall be in the discipline of Electrical, Instrumentation & Control in delivery of large scale power generation project. The Engineer shall have at least 5 years of relevant engineering experience in delivery of large scale industrial/ utilities projects (e.g. waste, water, oil & gas or power) or relevant experience in delivering large solid waste management projects (e.g. WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment).

The duties shall include the following but not limited to:

• Work as owner’s engineer to lead the electrical team for project implementation at site.
• Proactive attitude and solution orientated personality with leadership mentality and for the EICA discipline, assisting project director for the contract execution.
• Strong capability and experience on 66kV, 10.5kV, 6.6kV and LV related power distribution equipment and cabling installation and commissioning requirement. Experience of large power transformers, generator circuit breakers, MV switchgear, protections and control equipment, MCC and UPS and DC system is expected.
• Having good understanding and interpretation of SLD, protection and metering SLD, schematics and cabling drawings.
• In depth of understanding for electrical power automation for electrification of WtE project.
• Contracts management in managing site works while maintaining swift communication with client and contractors for the WtE project
• Familiar with SS638 requirements on electrical installations in Singapore.
• Having multi-discipline coordination attitude in execution of electrical works
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control equipment for site works
• Review the submittals from Contractors for electrical installation and commissioning procedures of various sub-packages.
• Engage in site meetings with technical discussion contractor and client
• Joining site inspection for contractors works.
• Participation of FAT and SAT of electrical equipment
• Ability to use Navisworks to review 3D BIM Model for routing of site utilities.
• Review of DCS / PLC system configuration, topology and controller, RIO engineering deliverables for the implementation of WTE automation systems
• Review the submittals from Contractors for Process Control like STG package, Incinerator-Boiler System, Water Steam Cycle, weighbridge system, building services, Enterprise Resources Planning, EMIS, PFMS, Communication Network Infrastructure etc.
• Essential understanding of P&ID of process engineering
• Engage in Technical discussion for all control system related issue with contractor and client
• Participate in HAZOP review, SIL safety and design for safety workshops
• Work with electrical team closely for all power and process interfaces
• Participation of FAT of automation equipment DCS, EMIS, PMS, PLC, Weighbridge systems etc
• Provide Technical support in Testing and Commissioning of WTE plant.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control Engineer (QA/QC Engineer)

Requirements:

• Recognized Diploma/Degree in related field
• Experience in working with Contractors
• Relevant experience in Civil/Building, preferably with experience in façade installation works
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:-

• To lead the QA/QC team
• To provide training and coaching to the team members in façade related works.
• To assess each construction process and procedure. Provide feedback and continuous improvement whenevee necessary
• To ensure internal quality controls are in place and being maintained properly
• Work closely with other project personnel such as production and site management team to deliver high quality works
• Prepare monthly analysis and report to Management in regards to site and project activities

Responsibilities

• Prepare, count and distribute components to production team for monthly production usage
• Monitor component stock levels and report to Production Manager monthly
• Execute daily in-bound goods into warehouse effectively
• Perform inspections with QC team to ensure components' quality adhere to standards and prepare report for the Production Manager
• Maintain accurate production documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting
• Support production planning and control processes with the Production Manager
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or tasks to be assigned by the HOD/ Management from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma in mechanical/electronics engineering or any relevant ITE cert/Technical skills certificate or 1-year work experience in electronics industry
• Able to read and understand electronic schematics and user diagnostic tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope and LCR meter
• Computer literate (Excel and Word)
• Good team player, possess initiative & ability to work independently
• Knowledge of SAPB1 Module is preferred but not a must
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 will be an advantage
