Assembly and quality check supervisors and general foremen supervise the production activities of a distinct unit within an establishment concerned with manufacturing and assembling of electrical and electronic equipment and components and control and coordinate the activities of workers.

Tasks:

Tasks include:

• interpreting specifications and job orders
• determining sequence of operations and use of equipment
• estimating manpower requirements
• assigning duties to workers
• analysing and resolving work problems
• coordinating the work of one or more units with other units
• recommending or initiating personnel action
• supervising co-workers and helping them in their work

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Company's ISO program(s). [ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 22301]
• Conduct regular Quality Management System (QMS) brief to raise awareness.
• Conduct audits and verification on compliance exercises for all departments, functions and projects.Including witness conduct of Project Test Activities to verify compliance to Company Test Process
  
• Work with Operations divisions / corporate departments to improve their processes - including Project Management and System Engineering processes and Quality functions.
• Support all Business Excellence and Quality Assurance -related functions and activities both at Company and project levels to achieve operational excellence

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant quality management experience or full SDLC / AGILE process.
• Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Liaison with customer / supplier on production quality issues, drive improvements;
• Establish Quality Inspection Procedures ;
• Perform internal audits to meet AS9100 & NadCap requirements;
• Analyse process capabilities (cpk) and recommend areas of improvements;
• Perform Gage R&R, calibration of CNC and quality jigs & other instruments

Requirements

• Degree in Mechancial / Production Engineering or other educational background with relevant working experience;
• Familiar with ISO/ QS/ AS Quality Management system, Qualified internal auditor;
• Must be well verse in interpreting mechanical drawings (ISO, GD&T)
• Experience in Coordinte Measuremnt Machine (CMM) Programming an advantage;
• Good analytical knowledge and sense for technical details & precision
• Passion to innovate and improve, willingness to learn & adapt to challenges
• Good team player, ability to communicate well within all levels of the organization

Responsibilities:

Perceptions

• Improve usability, reliability and scalability for mapping and localization system.
• Improve object detection, tracking & classification system.
• Improve Sensor fusion algorithm for reliable, precise localization, object tracking.

Control and Planning

• Embedded System – low level interfacing with sensors, actuators.
• Robot control system, low-level motion planning algorithm.
• Behaviour planning – path planning & mission control.
• Fleet Management coordination and planning
• Simulation – for testing of robot behaviour & path planner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering under Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Technical experience in C++, Python, Robot Operating System (ROS) and GI
• Strong theoretical & practical experience in developing perception and/or control algorithm
• Experience in developing on actual physical robot
