Responsibilities

• Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.
• Work closely with customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
• Lead the internal team members in achieving the ISO9001:2015 accredited certification as well as customer-specific qualifications.
• Work closely with internal team members and external suppliers to address product-related quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions for continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc)
• Working knowledge in 5S, PFMECA, SPC & ISO 9000 series Quality system
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels
• Strong knowledge and ability to read mechanical drawings with knowledge of CMM, profile projector, and measuring equipments
• Min. 5 year's relevant working experience in the Manufacturing/EMS/Semiconductor industry or experience in quality environment

Responsibilities

• To champion and liaise with production personnel on the investigation of root cause(s) of non-conformance and procedural failures
• Writing Quality Control plans & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) as per contractual requirements, API and licensors’ requirements
• To prepare, review & approve Quality Documentations such as drawings, first piece, in-process & final inspection reports prior to product release to customers
• To conduct audit, process inspection on sub-contract suppliers and maintenance of Approved Vendor List (AVL)
