Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experienced including prior work within the goverment sector, to join our dynamic team in the automotive servicing industry. 11. Escalate complex issues affecting work products or service quality to the appropriate team members for resolution.
12. Drive continuous improvement in production quality through the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans.

14. Perform vendor quality assessments to advise on contract renewals, terminations, and new vendor selection.
15. Plan and conduct regular internal inspections and audits in line with relevant procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive servicing, repair, or maintenance, with a focus on quality control or assurance. Prior experience within the government sector is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, diagnostics, and industry best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
