Lendlease Singapore is currently looking for an Operational Assurance Manager, to be based in Parkway Parade (East Coast) or JEM (West).

As an Operational Assurance Manager with the Lendlease business you will be required to Administer and coordinate the management property operations services and/or management systems and processes, applying theoretical knowledge and judgement within defined parameters.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Understanding Corporate’s requirements on all aspects i.e. EH&S, Sustainability, Risk Management, Operation etc. and ensure that the assets adhered to these requirements and policies;
• Keep updated on the regulatory requirements and ensure that the assets are operating in accordance to the requirements;
• Identify courses, training, workshops and/or seminars to enhance the competency level of the operation teams. Develop, up-skill and grow the skill set of the operation teams;
• Assist in the development and manage the implementation of all documents, process and systems relating to the property operations of each of the Centers in accordance with company policies & procedures;
• Monitor and assist the Centre property operations team with compliance to all related local Authority and Statutory requirements especially essential services provisions and all related Occupational, Health & Safety (OHS) legislative requirements;
• Assist with review and monitor the budgeting, forecasting and management of OPEX, CAPEX, Sinking Fund budgets and works across the retail portfolio include providing operational financial input on new developments / asset enhancement projects where applicable;
• To manage EH&S performance, annual EH&S Plan progress, GMR compliance and significant Critical Incident Reports;
• Provide visible EH&S leadership when conducting regular asset visits to test GMR compliance;
• Audit all assets independently and as per timeframes outlined in the EH&S Management System;
• Ensure all changes to the register of local EH&S legislation are communicated to all relevant teams;
• To lead the asset operations in attaining their EH&S Multi-Year Plan goals;
• Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures;
• Explore new technologies and carry out studies with the assets to determine the possibilities of implementing such innovation initiatives to enhance operation efficiencies or cost saving;

Job Responsibilities:

• Report on QA events related to maintenance of aseptic conditions within clean rooms with a focus on Sterility Assurance during manufacturing operations
• Assist in generating procedures related to Manufacturing QA functions / activities
• Periodically review records to verify that quality standards for each product is met
• Prepares weekly/monthly reports, prepares metrics and trends data to identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities
• Responsible to maintain all testing equipment in compliance, calibration and certification.
• Promptly communicates with Operations regarding complaints, product issues/variances.
• Assists in maintaining compliant controlled substance documentation specifically associated with sample handling and reconciliation
• Enforce compliance with QA processes, Equipment Qualification, and Computer System Validation principles.
• Assist in the development of action plans and implementation schedules, and the verification of completed actions.
• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
• Conduct and report the findings of internal investigations of compliance issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Diploma in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross functional or cross sites to achieve objectives.

Job Description

• Oversee ICA (Instrumentation, Control and Automation) related design for process plant (water/wastewater plant, incineration plant, etc.), from concept to implementation, ensuring project is delivered on time, within specifications and meeting industrial standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in process plant electrical EPC work with Degree in Electrical , Electronic or Instrumentation Engineering or related Engineering Discipline. For Diploma holder, minimum 6 years of experience is required. For senior position, candidate must have at least 8 years of experience.
• Familiar with relevant code of practice and standards in Singapore
• Experience with Revit/AutoCAD Plant 3D/Bentley is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex ICA systems in industrial environments.
• In-depth knowledge of control system architectures, such as PLC-based systems.
• Familiar with industry standards and protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, Modbus, HART, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Strong understanding of process control theory, PID tuning, and adaptive control strategies.
