As an Operational Controlling Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to produce and monitor the Positions, FX Exposures and Weekly P&Ls for the G&O business in SEA which currently includes Trading, Marketing and Distribution activity primarily in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Australia. You will be required to understand various trade flows, trading strategies and to produce high quality commentary and margin analysis as required. Main Responsibilities:

Job Description

• Subject matter expert in SAP ECC application, main contact for plant SAP ECC users.
• Provide coaching support and conduct End-user training for the Document Management System.
• Business admin role in plant document control function, main contact for plant ECRO project.
• Handle Quality System document control handling per procedure.

Position Purpose

Within the Asia Pacific CIB IT & Operations organization, the Regional OPC (Operational Permanent Control) team for Corporate Banking Operations is under the management of the Head of Conduct & Controls and works in close relationship with the Operations teams.

Regional Corporate Banking OPC team is looking to recruit a Senior Permanent Control Coordinator. His/her main responsibilities is to implement the operational risk management framework and monitor the operational risk related to Corporate Banking Operations across all 12 Territories in APAC. Responsibilities

The Permanent Control Coordinator ensures the following missions under the supervision of the Regional Head of Operations & Permanent Control (OPC) for Corporate Banking and in close relationship with Operations teams.

Implementation of Operational Risk Management
