Requirements

Responsibilities

The role of an Environmental Control Officer (ECO) is basically to look out for conditions/ situations in construction sites which cause environmental health problems or are likely to cause environmental health problems. He should report these conditions/ situations to the contractor together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence.

The main areas where the ECO should pay attention to are as follows:

• Disease-bearing insects and rodents
• Proper disposal of construction waste
• Noise, air and dust pollution
• Earth littering
• Siltation of drains
• Food hygiene in canteens
• Any other environmental health matters

About the Team

You'll contribute to content strategy and planning, and have an understanding of how regional campaigns support business goals. You're independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving. You have experience juggling multiple projects and prioritizing them to have the greatest impact on your team and the company. You're also a strategic communicator, helping to define product narratives in conjunction with your team. You'll write and edit campaign content, GTM materials such as video scripts, in-app feature webpages, newsletter copy, and push notification copy, as well as apply and evolve our style guidelines. You have a strong intuition for writing clear, concise copy that is easily translated and localized for our global audience.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the content ecosystem of international short video platforms. Develop a deep understanding of content, analyze business data and user needs to identify key issues in content production, distribution, and consumption. Set quantifiable goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
2. Conduct quantitative data analysis and qualitative observations to address critical issues in platform ecosystem evolution. Provide effective insights and leverage product mechanisms, content/recommendation strategies, and AI technologies such as machine learning to create a positive content consumption and creation environment.
3. Gain in-depth familiarity and understanding of content recommendation processes and principles. Collaborate with recommendation algorithm teams and analysts to validate the effectiveness of various recommendation strategies and drive continuous optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. With more than 3 years of experience in product or strategy roles. Strong content understanding, with experience in content strategies, scheduling strategies, recommendation strategies, or product recommendations preferred.
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation. Capable of addressing complex problems with a focus on key priorities and a long-term vision.

Preferred Qualification

1. Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful incumbent will support the QA Manager in the following responsibilities.

• Ensure compliance with the Company’s food safety management system, QA standards, customer requirements, certification audits, and regulations for quality and food safety control processes.
• Support the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) in preparing external and internal audits according to customer standards/contract requirements, and drive cross-functional teams to achieve targeted performance.
• Conduct site inspections to promote continuous improvement and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and food safety practices.
• Manage QA random sampling and microbiological testing for food samples, raw materials, water & ice, hand swabs, and Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP).
• Analyze data and follow up on unsatisfactory test results to identify potential causes of failure, recommend corrective actions for process improvement, and prevent recurrence.
• Prepare documentation related to all export matters in the capacity of Quality Person (QP).
• Develop training materials and conduct food safety trainings for operational staff.
• Review new product artwork to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist QAM in food safety incident management, including site investigations, testing, and preparation of incident reports.
• Support QAM in maintaining the ISO 22000/HACCP manual and QA documentation.
• Assist in the supplier approval program (supplier assessment/documentation review).
• Contribute to QA work plans and initiatives aimed at improving QA processes and food safety standards.
• Support Group QA, annual emergency exercises, and ad-hoc catering events as required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Food Science/ Technology or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 year of QA experience in the food industry.
• Passionate in upholding food safety and possess good knowledge of Food Regulations, SFA requirements, GMP, and food safety management certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GFSI standards).
• Keen learning attitude, proactive, and decisive.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with competency in report writing and presentation skills.
• Independent, committed and possess strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi task, handle stress in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.

Document Change Control Specialist

Duration: 18 months contract

Location: Changi Business Park (CBP)

Responsibilities:

• Administers document revision control to ensure appropriate security based on business need
• Assists with the assessment, and/or deployment of electronic document management systems
• Provide additional support to the organization as required including maintaining original documents, loading PDFs into the SharePoint, updating controlled lists
• You will be responsible for seamless, rapid and global implementation of material, BOMs, and product data supporting the business strategies and supply chain requirements via the Change Order process management
• Analyze, process, and track Change Orders and other design documentation submissions to minimize processing time between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput
• Interface with all necessary individuals in supporting departments in order to accurately process changes and structure new products released to mass production or customers

• Direct experience in process documentation preferred
