• Good understanding in ISO standard for ISO 9000, 14000, and1800

Responsibilities:

• Visual inspection of incoming raw material, incoming SKU parts, in-process parts and finished goods
• Hardness Testing - Testing of finished goods on Hardness Tester
• First Article Testing & Pressure Testing
• Recording of Data
• Carry out daily maintenance of machines
• Setup, operate and maintain all measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for making accurate inspection checks
• Perform daily housekeeping and any other duties assigned

Working Hours: Day Shift: 7:45am - 5:00pm (Monday - Thurs); 7:45am - 4:30pm (Friday)

Location: Tuas West MRT

Salary: Basic from $2000 (depending on work experience)

Other Additional Salary: 13th month AWS + Quarterly Production Incentive + OT

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent.
• Hardworking; able to carry at least 20 - 30 KG.
• Knowledge in using basic measurement instruments
• Independent and able to work under a fast pace environment

Job Responsibilities:

· Seated within Operations Governance team

· Participate in training on how to complete quality checks

· Complete assigned quality checks

· Recording of findings

· Data entry

· Identifying of errors/exceptions and raising it to next level

· Processing of documents

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
