The AppleCare Technologies team has an immediate opening for a Cross-Functional Quality Engineer to plan and lead cross-functional testing across complex AppleCare projects. You will be responsible for the planning, preparation, resourcing, execution management, issue resolution, and progress reporting of testing activities across business and technical groups on the project. Develop Comprehensive Testing Strategies:

• Quality advocate who will collaborate with business and technical teams to create quality test plans for cross- functional systems projects, focusing on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Duties:

• Provide technical support for Production and Maintenance teams on instrument-related issues.
