Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all the audits from scheduling, review and closure of findings (Internal Audit, Supplier Audit, Customer Audit, Regulatory Audit).

· Lead the QA team for system qualification, implementation and assessment for inbound material to finished goods for continuous improvement.

· Review manufacturing practices including the prerequisite program, process control with production for continuous improvement.

· Microbiologist which oversea the microbiological lab operation and work with microbiological lab supervisor for troubleshooting for any issue related to microbiology testing.

· Work with regulatory department such SFA, NEA to ensure system in place is adequate and sufficient.

· Approve the training material for regular GMP/Food Safety training.

· Assist in incident management, complaint handling and conduct product risk assessment.

· Proposals & Recommendations- Review the audit report to identify improvement plan, and recommend effective preventive action to prevent reoccurrence of non- conformance.

· Make decision on new vendor approval and the approach to adopt for continuous improvement

To be successful in the role, the incumbent should have the following qualities:

· Bachelor degree in Food Science & Technology or related field

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality inspection, auditing and testing experience or industry-specific experience with 1 year of management experience required.

· Good working knowledge of MS Office

· Knowledge in ISO, HACCP and FSSC 22000, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)

· Effective and good communication skills in both written and spoken

· Ability to prepare required quality and other reports for business review

· Good knowledge in food safety & quality system such as ISO, HACCP and FSSC

· Organized with the ability to prioritize, multitask and navigate in ambiguous environment

· Good leadership skill to lead the quality assurance team for system compliance and country requirement.

Jobscope:

Maintenance and Support Services for Client’s Systems.

These include, but not limited to, the following services:

- To co-ordinate and manage maintenance activities arising during duty.

- To perform Defect Management and reporting for the maintenance equipment.

- To oversee the completion of maintenance & repair work performed by the client-appointed maintenance contractors at the client’s system sites, for both corrective and preventive maintenance.

- To coordinate repair/maintenance activities, resources, equipment and information with client-appointed maintenance contractors, including arranging for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- To perform standby duty at client’s operations centres for immediate response to systems fault, and to conduct system health monitoring and daily checks.

- To perform rotating shift (12 hours),

- To attend to faults raised by ops users and provide technical support to ops users, keeping them updated on the status of the faults raised.

- To monitor and report all the faults, alarms and alerts of the electronics equipment & related systems to client appointed maintenance contractor.

Working Hours (including meal hours)

- 12-hr Day shift – 0900 – 2130hrs

- 12-hr Night shift –2100 – 0930hrs

- An average of 15-16 workdays (based on 12-hr shift) will be rostered to each staff every month.

Who we’re looking for

The Service Quality Senior Offer will be responsible for day-to-day feedback, service recovery and complaint handling that comes through Call Centre as a touchpoint.

What you’ll do

• Acts as the main contact point for all intra and/or inter-department feedback and complaint handling and liaise with affected business or support unit to determine the cause of issue and resolution for customer.
• Ensure timely handling of customer issues raised and proactively follows up to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed and does their part in addressing customer's issues and resolution promptly.
• Embody customer engagement & professionalism by showcasing excellent customer handling skills and appropriate service recovery when necessary.
• Collate, analyze and identify customer service gaps in the customer experience feedback, complaints and compliments to provide business intelligence for the Call Centre and the Bank.

The knowledge, experience, and qualifications you’ll need to succeed

• A university degree holder in any discipline with minimum 2 years’ of relevant work experience in Complaints Management familiar with banking and/or credit cards process, products and systems (prior experience as universally-trained UOB Call Centre staff preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. Bilingual in a second language (spoken and written) is an advantage.
• A strong customer service mindset with good communication, excellent problem solving and complaint management skills to represent the Bank to customers and general public

Job description

Nextkidney SG is seeking dedicated and talented individuals with a proactive and positive ‘can-do’ attitude to join our team as QA Engineer. As part of the R&D team , you will influence the development of a new generation of home hemodialysis device, as it transitions from design to mass production.

Responsibilities:

1. QMS Management:

• Oversee and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies, procedures, and processes to support the QMS.

2. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to medical devices (eg, EU MDR, FDA regulations and relevant standards).
• Work closely with regulatory affairs to ensure products meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparation and consolidation of technical documentation needed for both manufacturing transfer and regulatory submission.

3. Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement within the QMS and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
• Facilitate investigation and root cause analysis of non-conformities and documentation and implementation of CAPA.
• Conduct internal audits to assess and improve compliance with established processes.

4. Risk Management:

• Participate in risk management activities for medical devices, including risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and documentation.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Manage the creation, review, and approval of quality-related documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.
• Generate reports on key quality metrics and present findings to management.

6. Training:

• Provide training and orientation to employees on quality processes and procedures to ensure a thorough understanding of QMS requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, Biology, etc.).
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the medical device industry.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
