Mentorship and Leadership

- Mentor junior QA engineers, building a strong team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

- Expertise in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation testing (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).

- Demonstrated experience with performance testing tools such as Gatling and Autocannon.

- Proficient in JavaScript (TypeScript) or Java

- Familiar with frontend and backend technologies (e.g., ReactJS, ExpressJS, Gin-gonic), as well as cloud platforms (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledgeable in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab, ArgoCD) and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).

- Solid understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs, JWT for authentication, and search technologies like Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities:

• Validation quality review of lifecyle documents and protocols for Automation CSV qualification, EFU qualification, cleaning validation, laboratory equipment qualification, and IT systems qualification.
• Review and approve validation lifecycle document and protocols/reports in accordance with relevant policies, standards, procedures and guidelines timely
• Review and approve as needed, qualification/validation executed package validation exceptions, deviation, and investigations encountered during qualification/validation representing Quality

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. He/She plans, directs or coordinates quality assurance programs and formulate quality control policies. He/She also works to improve an organisation's efficiency and profitability by reducing waste. He/She prepares and update quality documentation, basing their processes on a recognised standard such as ISO 9000 – Quality Management, published by the International Organisation for Standardisation. He/She supervises teams of inspectors who carry out the detailed assessment of products and their components at different stages of production.
