Objectives of the position:

This role is for the validation of Customer technical requirements by means of inspection of In-coming goods and release lots in SAP with defined usage decisions. Testing of ISIR samples (type test) for product approval process (power, control & data cable) with compliance to company standards and verify compliance to the international cable standards e.g. EN / IEC requirements. Understanding of each testing standards and be able to communicate the requirements to respective parties including suppliers. Establish test specification to be followed by suppliers. To be able to operate all laboratory equipment in the process of cable type testing. 7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Quality Executive, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily meetings to address logistics-related manufacturing NCs.
• Validate defects with QC support, providing corrective action recommendations.
• Resolve logistics issues with proper containment and corrective measures.
• Manage complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvements.
• Lead quarterly audits, report findings, and ensure timely closures.
• Prepare quality guidelines and instructions.
• Oversee raw material warehouse quality supporting manufacturing.
• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports for customer review.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Supply Chain or related study
• Min 3 years of quality experience in manufacturing setting, well wersed in methodologies such as CAPA, GDPMDS and Six Sigma
