Corrective and preventive action process with supplier with CAR logging and follow-up for effective closure of complaints and issues related to product quality.

You will collaborate with stakeholders on timely data submissions and accurate reporting of clinical quality indicator results. Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. have at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Tester or equivalent

position and the following skill sets:

a) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics

preferred;

b) Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality

Analyst will be an added advantage;
