Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting: Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software. Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Component Selection and Sizing: Calculate and size electrical components such as circuit breakers (CB), relays, contactors, and cables. Specify and integrate control devices like PLCs, VSDs, VFDs, HMI panels, and temperature controllers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in control panel design, assembly, and troubleshooting.

This role is for the validation of Customer technical requirements by means of inspection of In-coming goods and release lots in SAP with defined usage decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Monitoring & Yield Optimization: Implement advanced monitoring systems to enhance product quality and yield. Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to optimize production.
• Abnormal Quality Management: Take charge of addressing and improving abnormal quality issues in manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and preventive actions.
• Process & Quality Control Enhancement: Strengthen internal quality control systems and enhance process capabilities. Lead initiatives aimed at maximizing operational efficiency.
• Customer Quality Assurance: Lead corrective actions for customer-reported quality issues and communicate preventive solutions to stakeholders.
• Inspection Process Optimization: Optimize the quality inspection process by integrating automation and cutting-edge technologies where applicable.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Promote communication and collaboration between design, production, and other teams to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Oversee the quality team’s task assignments, performance, and development, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in the related field
• Proven experience in quality engineering, with a focus on manufacturing and design quality.
• Prefer candidates with experience in mental stamping, forging, brazing, die casting, CNC machining, milling, and other metalworking techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards.
• Six Sigma certification or similar is an advantage.
• Able to communicate with Chinese clients
• Willingness to travel and work abroad in China or Vietnam for at least 10 months annually.
