About The Role

The Airport projects department of Gunnebo Entrance Control requires a Project Engineer to support its expansion in the Airport passenger processing solutions.

The candidate will oversee delivering of Airport projects globally.

What will you do?

·      Follows the instruction of test leads, test manager and/or project managers.

·      Test newly developed and existing software, features, and record any bugs or performance issues.

·      Assist in developing detailed, comprehensive, well-structured cases and review test result to determine system's functionality.

·      Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools

We are looking to hire an Associate Consultant to enhance our leading market position and provide innovative solutions to unique challenges faced by the clients in the market. In this role, the Associate Consultant will provide investigative and professional advisory services by conducting standard public records research and human source enquiries for clients investing and operating in the South-East Asia region.

Role tasks & Responsibilities:

Case work

• Conduct thorough OSINT and public record research and overt enquiries in both English and Indonesian languages

• Process and evaluate human source intelligence gathered throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with project leaders and editors to support the production of high-quality, client-ready intelligence reports
• Liaise with Control Risks’ network of market intelligence providers and identify new providers and sources of intelligence
• Meet agreed deadlines.
• Work on multiple projects at any one time and manage own workload efficiently
• Contribute to the growth of Control Risks’ network of market intelligence providers and identify new providers and sources of intelligence
• Fulfil administrative requirements such as completing weekly timesheets.

Clients and marketing

• Support the production of client-ready proposals
• Attend client calls/meetings and conduct in-country research trips when workload allows
• Conduct research and prepare material (e.g. client or sector briefs) to support marketing initiatives
• Curate information on companies and individuals from past reports to expand the knowledge base of the practice

Essential

• At least two years’ experience in a related industry, such as but not limited to: financial services, journalism, legal, professional services consulting, government/government affairs, policy, academia
• Has a keen interest in and strong understanding of political and business trends across South-East Asia, including in Indonesia
• Excellent research and writing skills. Ability to summarise, process and communicate information clearly
• Ability to think critically and unravel complex information with an investigative mindset
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Indonesian
• Has a good understanding of commercial transactions and investigations
• Strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred

• Ability to read and analyse financial data, including balance sheets
• Advanced OSINT skills
• Familiar with research databases typically used in a due diligence project or investigation

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for carrying out daily pest control activities according to operational schedule
• Monitors and responds to customers’ feedback
• Provides oral and written feedback on work activities
• Uses equipment, chemicals, and pesticide/insecticide products
• Performs any other related duties as instructed by the immediate superior.

Job Responsibilities:

Documentation
• To consolidate and organize company and franchise food hygiene reports and ensure that all supporting documents are complete.
• To conduct data analysis on consolidated reports.
• To share and monitor data, and source for solution and provide recommendations.
• To monitor, review and share latest cleaning manuals, reports and SOP to relevant parties.

Inspection (Factory / Outlet / Warehouse)
• Key liaison personnel for factory/outlet/warehouse and third-party inspector and arrange a schedule for smooth inspection.
• Before inspection, check current records for incidents and share them with the third-party inspectors and QA department.
• Conduct or participate in factory/outlet/warehouse hygiene inspection and generate inspection report, improvement sheet and provide suggestions when needed.
• Receive inspection sheets from inspectors and review inspection sheets according to your reporting officer advice.
• Consolidation of inspection reports and monitor completion of improvement plan and schedule.
• Consolidation of all factory information and monitor company improvement for providing safe and quality food to customers.

Hygiene and Food Safety support
• Arrange with third-party inspector to conduct outlet hygiene training to improve food safety and quality control.
• Conduct self-hygiene inspection training to outlet staff when required.
• Consolidate training information and share with management for next improvement direction.
• Support QA projects by coordinating with different departments and prepare meeting minutes when needed.
• Monitor health and food authorities (Ministry of Health, Singapore Food Agency etc.) or other related companies for the latest news.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
