Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards, and in compliance with the H.S.A GDP Guidelines.
• Provide support for investigation into non-conformances and customer complaints.
• Maintenance and Follow-up on Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
• Provide the trainings and coordinate the trainings for the staff.
• Registration of the trainings into the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and running of reports.
• Assist with the documentation review after an operational activity.
• Collection of Temperature Data and Monitoring of the temperature environmental conditions.
• Reporting of day-to-day activities.
• Take care of and communicate with internal and external contacts.
• Control administrational aspects of the facility (e.g. archiving).
• Promote a “quality” culture within the company.
• Performing physical checks for GMP and GDP related processes

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or relevant fields.
• Possess at least 2 years of pharmaceutical science work experience (or prior Life Science internship experience) is preferable .
• Experience with ISO 13485 standards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP and/ or GDP guidelines is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work well independently/with minimal supervision and with others in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Candidate needs to be based in Singapore.

The Quality Control (QC) lab plays a crucial role in ensuring quality and consistency of incoming and outgoing materials. The successful candidate will manage the lab and quality assurance department for the Singapore plant. Some of the key job responsibilities include:

· Oversee day-to-day lab operations and ensure a laboratory operates smoothly by managing staff, reordering supplies, and maintaining all security protocols and documents.

· Own and update lab-related documents e.g., standard operating procedures (SOP), risk assessments, work instructions, laboratory records, etc. according to Singapore’s Environmental Health Safety and Quality (EHSQ) guidelines, other prevailing regulations, and industry standards.

· Perform laboratory maintenance, audit, and certification/accreditation.

· Identify, implement, and execute inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure incoming materials, products, and production equipment adhere to quality standards.

· Lead quality projects including but not limited to facility certification (ISO9001).

· Develop quality control standard operating procedures.

· Provide technical support to operation and sales team.

Job requirement

· A bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or another related field.

· A minimum of 5 years of working experience as a lab manager and/or quality manager.

· Familiarity with quality standards and processes.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Understanding of EHSQ and standard quality systems with respect to lab is a plus.

· Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of management, both internally and externally.

· Proven analytical thinking and decision-making.

· Self-motivated, proactive, hands-on, and able to work autonomously.

· Fluent in English and a second language of choice.

· Singapore Citizen/Singapore PR.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent is responsible for and he/ she is expected to

• Perform QA/QC work primarily at our Fresh Food Distribution Centre. 
• Perform sensory and instrumental testing of fresh produce.
• Conduct quality audits of supplier and branch for QA compliance.
• Conduct research study into product quality parameters.
• Conduct routine hygiene check at warehouse facility
• Preparing quality & feedback reports, presentation materials etc.
• Assist the Executive/Manager to administer other related QA programs.

• Diploma in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology/ Chemistry or its equivalent.
• Preferably 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance work and professional knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 220000 or HACCP, etc.
• Candidates without diploma qualification but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Job Description

• Perform dimensional control inspection of module structure, piping, Tie in point coordinates, equipment, Flange face out using total stations and BEST FIT software
• Advise construction team on construction sequence, installation, and appropriate rectifications based on Dimensional tolerance
• Coordinate with Client inspectors for dimensional control inspections as per Inspection and test plan.
• Generate dimensional control reports and get it approved from clients
• Ensure periodic calibration of survey equipment
• Alignment, position and elevation control for the steel structure and pipeline
• Preparing a dimension inspection report for before welding and after welding

Job Requirements

• Min 3 years experience in dimensional control inspections using total stations
• Working knowledge in AutoCAD
• Understanding of Structural & piping ISO drawings
• Familiar with usage of Leica & Sokkia total stations and using dimensional control software such as BEST FIT
