The QC Inspector is responsible for the quality levels of field works such as civil, tankage, piping, equipment, steel structures, electrical and instrumentation etc.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction and technical drawings.

• Acts as an internal independent party for the verification of quality welds and ensure that incoming materials meet with specifications.

Job description:

• To carry out pest control inspection at client premises
• To carry out pest control treatment e.g. fogging, spraying and baiting
• To design pest management plan according to site situation
• To carry out follow up on pest issue until problem solved
• To submit service report promptly
• To attend pest complaint at client premises as instructed
• To provide good quality service to customers
• Provide feedback to management and client for any pest infestation, irregularities, improvement action (housekeeping/ proofing), etc.
• Ensures the safety operation of pest control equipment and use of chemicals
• Able to travel from place to place to conduct pest control activities
• Required to work outdoor at times

Working hour:

Mon to Fri 8.30 to 5.30pm / Sat 8.30am to 1230pm

Salary Range:

$1700 to $2700

Overview

M-DAQ Global is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Manager who is well-versed with Capital Market Services (CMS) license operations, particularly in Foreign Exchange (FX) over the counter (OTC) and derivative products. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory frameworks, industry best practices, and a track record in implementing and maintaining effective compliance programs within the financial service sector.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of MAS relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to CMS
• Communicate regulatory changes to internal stakeholders while ensuring proactive adjustments to compliance frameworks, policies and procedures
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure the CMS licensed entity is compliant with its regulatory obligations
• Conduct risk assessments specific to FX OTC derivatives business activities
• Collaborate with key control functions to mitigate compliance risks
• Implement training programs to enhance awareness and adherence to compliance policies
• Establish robust monitoring and surveillance systems to detect and prevent potential compliance breaches
• Investigate and resolve instances of non-compliance, working closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities, when necessary
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits
• Provide regular updates detailing compliance performance, issues, and recommended actions for Head of Compliance and Senior Management review.
• Foster strong collaboration with business units to ensure a thorough understanding of FX OTC derivatives operations
• Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies, responding to inquiries and requests promptly and accurately

Qualifications

• A recognised degree from a reputable institution
• At least 3-5 years working experience in a compliance role advising FI in Singapore with a focus on FX OTC derivatives
• Deep knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional certifications such as CAMS or CFE are a plus

Responsibilities:

We are looking for compliance personnel to assist in enhancing the compliance risk framework of the company. The candidate will help to manage and execute the compliance programs, provide policy guidance and to carry out compliance training for the company’s diversified investment business groups. Summary:

Compliance Document Support Associates support the operations and services across its areas of expertise namely, Halal Conversion and Management, Training and Inspection/Audits. The role is exciting and varied, with a combination of on-the-job and classroom learning, hands-on delivery and client facing experiences from day-one. The position also have a central role to play in services development.

Responsibilities:

• Organise & maintain files and records (electronically & in hardcopies)
• Prepare & process documents for timely submission to the relevant authorities.
• Continuous engagement or communication with client & authorities, necessary to the applications
• Assist trainers to prepare and organize training sessions
• Partner with Consultants to review, resolve, research & respond to client inquiries and issues as well as to ensure operational tasks are completed
• Partner with Consultants and Compliance Officer to plan and execute audit schedules at clients premises.
• Provide follow-up of audit reports and timely and accurate reviews of client corrective action and closure
• Provide administrative assistance to the Consultants

• Analyse and fine tune the speech analytics (SA) content and applications

• Ensure accuracy in system triggers to ensure false alerts are promptly reviewed and addressed

• For Call audits category under SA, ensure business lines conform to audit criteria and participation

• Liaise with business lines and vendor for constant content applicability, comprehensiveness and accuracy

Requirements:

• Singaporean

• Strong analytical skills and data comprehension expertise.

• Possess at least 3 to 5 years in call center experience.

• Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set out i.e. >85% accuracy in SA triggers

• Strong fact finding skills to ensure correct content are present and necessary.

• Those with Call Center speech analytics background will be highly advantageous.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and commit to extra hours to meet deadlines.
