The Regional Associate Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for:

• Driving the development and implementation of trade compliance strategies and standard processes, and having accountability for all trade compliance activity in the Asia Pacific region while maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Accountable to develop trade compliance operations strategy, implement and maintain trade compliance standards and best practice processes to operationalize corporate policies and risk control frameworks to comply with Government laws and regulations including those administered by the participating government agencies

• Reviews and monitors KPI's ensuring accuracy of reporting to internal and external parties

Requirements:

• Graduate degree or its equivalent in international trade law, international business, finance or supply chain professional certifications
• Minimum of five (5) years of regional trade compliance experience in regulatory laws, especially in customs regulations and laws, with hands-on and practical approach and key focus in Asia Pacific countries

About This Role

We are looking for a senior designer for our Oracle Compliance Studio to bring analytics design, development and delivery into the TD Technology Solutions team. Qualifications:

• Experience: 5 years of experience in training management, ompliance, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing compliance programs.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for all WSG, SSG and PSG-JR related fundings.
