Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain plant automation control system/program and components.
• To perform routine inspection and troubleshooting of plant automation control system/program and components
• To perform system test and fault diagnostic to improve and upgrade the line control system/program.
• To review and evaluate breakdowns and carry out corrective & preventive measures.
• To supervise site installation work (electrical/control system installation)
• To execute on-site commissioning work
• To maintain proper documentation, including updating all drawings, calibration procedures, operating manuals, and diagnostic files.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of designing, developing, and maintaining plant automation control system/program and components
• Strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Well verse in interpretation of P&ID drawings and engineering documents associated with electrical/instrumental
• Good knowledge of PLC Logic and programming

· Assessment and Approval of Documents

• Responsible to review and approve the Quality Control related (Analytical Instrument Qualification, Analytical and Microbiology Method Validation, Critical Reagent Qualification) protocols, reports, procedures and other related documents to ensure compliance to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate and approve discrepancy related to qualification/validation protocols in order to guarantee documentation of the incidents and identification of corrective actions.

Requirements

• Certification and trainings such as Certified Quality Engineer or specific Validation topics will be advantages.
