The QC Specialist is responsible for timely review, confirmation, disposition, and resolution of nonconforming materials in accordance to established NC process to meet quality targets. You will investigate instrument complaints, pursue containment action, root cause identification and corrective actions. You will also execute continual improvement initiatives to meet organization objectives, support IQC process and participate in Supplier Improvement Initiative and will also support and execute installation qualification and maintenance of QC ancillary equipment.

• Responsible to verify and confirm supplier material defects in daily walk-the-line. Ensure defects are adequately investigated with supporting reports.
• Drive cross functional teams in nonconformance investigation. Review Quality Notification activities for timely defect disposition. Responsible to ensure all QN tasks are adequately completed before closure.
• Investigate instrument complaint, established immediate containment, identify root cause and implement correct action.
• Engage cross functional team to improve QC test First Pass Yield. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Generate weekly, monthly QN reports for trend analysis and presentation in scheduled Management Review meeting. Drive QN closure to meet aging and defect cost targets

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of Quality Engineering experience or demonstrated competency.

The product manager is responsible for product design, implementation, product launch and post-launch product review and maintenance.

• The product design stage will include competitive analysis against similar bancassurance products in the market, as well as working with other LBUs in the region for product ideas. • Execute field test case on GSM/WCDMA/UMTS, IRAT (Inter Radio Access Technology, IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) and NR (New Radio). Verify the call performance, IRAT handover and data performance of mobile phones
• To ensure the quality, the engineer shall use standard test procedures, company internal quality assurance requirements, and carrier/ customer specific features and applications test procedures.
• Log capturing and perform basic debugging analysis to differentiate between phone and network issues
• Work closely with Headquarter and R&D to solve problems encountered with handset. Providing R&D support and maintenance for pre and post product launch, including reproduction and diagnosis of problem
• Preparation of bug/issues & test summary report of the Field test
• Involvement in test plan preparation and preparation of test strategy. Drafting of some new test procedures
• Conduct testing Function test for Mobile Wallet application
• Conduct testing for newly developed application before they are launched in the application store

Key Accountabilities

The mission described below, must be exercised in compliance with health, safety and environment of the site rules.

The Specialist II, Quality Operations will be responsible to partner with the GMP operations team to provide Quality oversight and advice for Quality on-the-floor and operations support to ensure the EVF Singapore GMP Quality operations meets Sanofi global Quality standard requirements and fulfil the applicable regulatory expectations. The Specialist II, Quality Operations shall be experienced in solving complex problems, and strong understanding of cGMP operations and well-versed in multiple Quality systems (including exception management, change controls, deviations/CAPAs and document management system).

The incumbent will partner closely with operational teams (e.g. manufacturing, facilities, Quality control and technical units) to ensure Quality, safety, reliability, efficiencies to support EVF Singapore GMP manufacturing operations.

During the Project Phase, the Specialist II, Quality Operations will participate in the following Engineering / Commissioning & Qualification activities:

Engineering / Commissioning & Qualification activities:

• Review and approval of engineering documents related to GMP operations.
• Support and provide inputs to Installation, Operational Qualification (IOQ) activities for equipment used in GMP operations.
• Review and approval of operational, as well as process related documents (e.g. work instructions, SOPs, batch records).
• Support the digital and automation infrastructure setup including Delta V recipe, MES workflows, other process equipment related systems, ERP module setup, etc.

Provide GMP Quality support during PPQ runs:
