Brief description
You will be involved to implement and maintain a reliable quality control system to guarantee high quality products and solutions output from the company, and to plan and schedule its manufacturing order outputs.
Tasks
• Plan, and schedule all manufacturing orders, and prototyping activities in accordance to order priority,
• Ensure all its manufacturing use equipment and tools are prior calibrated to acceptable standards and records,
• To check all incoming supplies for customer’s production meets the adopted quality acceptance standards,
• To ensure all production outputs at various stages of manufacturing processes exceeds &/or meet customer’s requirement,
• Conduct all out-going goods meet the stipulated IPC & customer Quality control standards,
• To observe, identify, recommend, and implement improvement for company overall quality assurance and control system,
• Conduct ISO9001 internal audits as when scheduled,
• Develop, conduct any relevant technical or IPC based trainings to Manufacturing staffs as when required,
• Conducts product / solution failure analysis as when required for internal/external orders
Qualifications and Requirement
• Minimal Advanced Technical Certificates, Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering discipline.
• Relevant working experience is preferred.
• Hands-on attitude towards problem-solving is essential.
• Able to interpret and understand electrical and mechanical drawings / datasheet and charts accurately and independently.
• Familiar with ISO9001:2015 QMS, and Audit Matters
• IPC standards trained (specialist) certification is preferred, otherwise training shall be provided (training bond applies)
• Honest and Strict, and have Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Well organized, responsible, and always strive to meet production datelines.
• 5.5 days work week
