About the Role

The Principal Sanctions Counsel will primarily provide legal advice and counsel on trade sanctions, export controls and anti-corruption laws and will secondarily provide legal advice and counsel on other compliance-related issues including providing input into relevant compliance frameworks with a focus on BHP’s Commercial function, as well as providing compliance-related legal support to other parts of BHP’s business as needed and as capacity permits.

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements
