About the role

This role exists to provide Logistics, Training and Compliance management for bpMS sea staff and line management of the logistics team. • The candidate shall produce design layouts which are cost effective, meet the requirements of the specification and which can be constructed and commissioned effectively.
• The candidate shall ensure that standard practices are utilised wherever possible.
• The candidate shall provide estimates and feedback for the Proposals department as required
• The candidate shall work through procedures and processes to ensure the continuing development of the department.
• The candidate shall write, update and monitor efficient procedures to aid the smooth running of the department.
• The candidate shall ensure designs take account of environmental issues.
• The candidate shall Ensure that design takes full regard for all health and safety requirements.
• The candidate shall support and help resolve any site technical difficulties & other problems that may arise.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Candidate shall have about 5 years experience in instrumentation, control and automation design works, preferably with contractor experience.
• Experience working on water and sewage treatment projects will be an advantage.
• Ability to rationalize designs and produce economic plant layouts.
• Ability to present technical proposals clearly, confidently and convincingly.
• Able to work independently in producing the project deliverables to meet project timeline.
• Proficient in written and oral communication with good interpersonal skills.
