• To provide specialist technical assessment and analysis other in-house departments and external parties
• To continue updating the developing and expanding of the design database
• To participate in tests and sea trials, including HAT and SAT, where required
• Perform detail design calculation where necessary
• To follow up and resolve all the design issues raised by Owner, Classification and Statutory Authorities on all design documents promptly and timely to support the schedule, including on site checking and discussions
• To generate 2D arrangement drawings for major equipment
• To generate list of design drawing / document specific to each project
• To check working drawings and ensure that they conform to contractual technical specification, installation control documents, Classification and Statutory Rules/Regulations
• To keep abreast with current technological developments and products, Classification rules, military and industrial standards and other standards relevant to design activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Marine related projects on Navigation Communications Systems and Radars (Fire Contol & Surveillance) will be advantageous
• Possess both project management and man management experience
• Ability to manage external and internal stakeholders will be critical for this role
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Only Singaporeans will be considered for this role

• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.

Job Description
To assist the Project Manager on project site work by focusing mainly on the aspects of construction, safety quality management, and project coordination of projects and maintenance works and to ensure smooth work progression and completion within target time and budget.

• Prepare method statements, design plans, and specifications.
• Liaise with the stakeholders (e.g. clients, authorities, consultants) on permits, drawings, and design matters.
• Develop projected milestone and operational plans for different phases of the project which includes scheduling, monitoring, and reviewing of the work of others.
• Determine project requirements and estimate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities.
• Ensure project meets dateline/schedule, safety & quality standards of client’s requirements.
• Support contract administration and construction inspection by reviewing final plans, specifications, special conditions, and agreements.

Job Requirement

• Degree in with degree in Civil, mechanical or equivalent
• At least 1 - 2 years relevant experience in construction site
• Prior experience in Refinery / Process Plant on Civil and/or Mechanical projects execution will be advantageous

Job Description

• Perform electrical power system analysis studies including: relay coordination study, fault level study , arc flash study using ETAP software
• Perform design calculations including: cable sizing, voltage drop calculation as per code requirements and local regulations and go through with PE
• Preparation of quotation and follow up to secure purchase orders
• Consult and discuss with relevant authorities for planning and designing of power stations

Requirement

· Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferably NTU or NUS)

· Training on ETAP studies will be provided and fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

· Good interpersonal and communication skill.

· Team player & able to work independently
