YunexTraffic has exciting opportunities for a Digital Solution Engineer for Road Tunnel Management Systems. This role will be located in our Singapore office. The YunexTraffic team is looking for an individual that is aligned with our company values: excellent, innovative and responsible to carry out design and implementation of road tunnel management systems. The scope of activity includes customer projects, so you will be responsible for doing design of tunnel management systems and also have the opportunity to see your design in action, by supporting the testing and commissioning activities.

What are my responsibilities?

· Carry out / support the design and implementation of an Integrated Traffic and Plant Management System (ITPMS) for Road Tunnels and integration with other sub systems including Traffic Control and Surveillance Systems (CCTV, AID, VMS, LUS, VSLS, TFS, ERB etc), Communication Systems (PA, RBBI etc) and Plant Management and Control Systems (PLC, RIO etc).

· Perform requirement analysis to convert requirements into work packages and then into system design.

· Ensure the design meets the customer requirements, international and national standards and regulations and adhere to company safety and legal standards.

· Coordinate with the design team and ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members.

· Coordinate with customer, other contractors, involved authorities, system assurance, 3rd parties and R&D teams.

· Carry out / assist in interface definition/control documents, test documents, BIM drawings and other documents required by the customer.

· Carry out / support the implementation of the ITPMS system in accordance with the approved design specification and service level. Perform testing activities and assist in the implementation of all required technical solutions.

· Execution of acceptance tests for equipment and systems.

· Reporting of the implementation progress (technical functions, approvals, customer acceptance).

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· University degree in relevant field

· Previous project experience

· Work experience in culturally diverse environment

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role

What do I need to know?

· MS Office proficient user

· Good English skills both verbally and in writing

· Familiar with International standards and local regulations that apply to Road Tunnel projects

· Knowledge of Network and IT infrastructure design and implementation (switches, servers etc) will be considered a plus

· Being familiar with relevant IT SW packages for ITPMS application (OS, Virtual Machines, backup, NMS etc) will be considered a plus
