The applicant will work closely with our researchers to understand and derive insights from scientific experiments and data. The applicant will also assist in the design and development of a physical test vehicle for the measurement of simulated results.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Contribute to defect classification and localization through simulation defect modelling.
2. Involve in 3D-IC forward predictive modelling (i.e. include chip and circuit blocks) by generating training materials.
3. Design of mock IC test vehicles for high frequency electromagnetic and DC magnetic field measurement and testing.

Qualifications
