The Quality Operations Specialist plays a critical role in overseeing the quality system within manufacturing and production areas. Implementation of quality assurance and control activities in accordance with the project quality plan including but not limited to:

· Establish Field QC Organization, to manage field QC group and members including assignment of EPCm and/or contractor QC Inspectors. To interview all EPCm and/or contractor QC before assignment to Project

· Coordination with EPCm (optional), other disciplines and contractor’s approval of the Field QC related documents prepared by each Contractor,
