We are seeking a Principal Executive, Online Pharmacy Operations to join our team. In this role, you shall be responsible for maintaining our online retail presence and taking on related pharmacy operations projects.

The ideal candidate should have a mindset of continuous improvement and proactive collaboration, a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity or change. This candidate should also possess a strong operational acumen, good clinical sense, be able to manage complex operational decisions and have a good command of the English language.

This role is based in Tai Seng, Singapore and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Services.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Maintain and manage the online platform for DA goods and services
• Create and update listings on the platform in a timely manner
• Plan, purchase and maintain the stocks of Over-the-Counter health products
• Ensure smooth and efficient order processing, fulfillment, and delivery
• Work with the customer service team to front enquiries and ensure service standards
• Manage customer reviews and feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery
• Prepare regular reports on online performance and sales data
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize store performance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to foster collaboration and alignment across the company
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team for campaigns and programs
• Provide clinical pharmacy support to relevant teams when required
• Engage in operational or clinical projects to enhance the DA ecosystem, both physical and digital
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to improve workflows and ensure efficient processes
• Participate in online pharmacy transformation projects
• Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business Administration
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in the retail pharmacy or digital healthcare space
• Clear understanding of local regulatory requirements
• Comfortable with data management, data analysis, and basic market research
• Passionate about online retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Able to engage with stakeholders in a corporate environment with professionalism
• Has an eye for detail and a strong sense of duty and responsibility
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with others, with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
• Good communication and language skills
• Comfortable with on-site work
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
• Has unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
• Adept in using IT programs: MS Office, Google Suite, ERPS, etc

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

· Management of all logistic matters with reference to both imports and exports

· Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods

· Monitor all deliveries for stock replacement for operations

· Manage and implement smooth warehouse operations incoming and outgoing system through computerized administration and retrieval systems

· Responsible for all planned preventative maintenance, refurbishment work and projects

· Source for vendors and contractors to evaluate quotations

· Follow up on outstanding repair and maintenance work

· Coordinate with other departments internally, on stock availability, delivery schedules and maintain tight inventory control

· Generate purchase orders and maintain the filing system of purchasing records

· Conduct regular review cost effectiveness and performance of suppliers and vendors

· Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed

· Carry out ad-hoc assignments as instructed by management

Requirements

· N/O level, or Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in Purchasing/Materials/Supply Chain Management

· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

· Pleasant disposition and excellent interpersonal skills

· Positive work attitude

· Good administrative and problem solving skills

· Able to handle multi-tasking and work pressure

· Possess a Class 3 driving license would be an advantage
