The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) contributes towards Income’s vision of insurance made different by conceptualising and constructing new business models and insurance offerings for the digital-first consumer. With the advent of new technologies, the premise of insurance is being rewritten today. Some examples include the first rainsurance in Singapore which protects individuals against fare surge on ride-hailing platforms such as Grab, Go-Jek and the first micro-insurance in Southeast Asia which offers flexible pay-per-trip micro premium and accumulative coverage for Grab drivers.
You will be supporting the General Manager of Digital Business on day-to-day administration support as well as provide administrative support to the larger Digital Transformation Office staff.
The duties include but is not exhaustive of the following:.
1.Provide day to day support to the GM on the following activities:
- Overseas travel arrangements (Flight, Hotel, Claims)
- Corporate credit card and expense management
- Calendaring for meetings, appointments (local / overseas)
- Managing of GM’s signature
- Support on any other ad-hoc projects, as requested
2.Act as department representative to process department wide requests for:
- Ticket request for IT and Application accesses including onboarding / offboarding staff
- Raising of procurement for all purchases relating to the department
- Security access request for accounts
- Manage and coordinate on yearly / half yearly reviews on fixed asset and application accesses

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
