Main Responsibilities
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge on products, menus, beverages and equipment.
- Liaise with Kitchen and Bar on daily operations.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
- Enforce courtesy and efficiency.
- Regularly inspect equipment and ensure that they are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Making & Serving Drinks
- Keeping the Bar area clean
- Processing Payments
- Managing Inventory
- Placing Food Orders
Job Requirements
- GCE O Level or Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience working in a bar or restaurant.
- Familiar with Point of Sales System
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit display to ensure service standards are met.
- Good Service Orientation
- Attentive and meticulous
- Able to work under pressure to serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Capable of working well with kitchen staff and ensure customer’s requests are met.
- Ability to perform duties including weekends, and public holidays
