Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and improve ship inspection regime to ensure safety and quality of the fleet which include working with 3rd party inspection companies for such inspections

Requirements

• Mercantile Marine University/College or equivalent
• At least 2 years experience as a superintendent/manager (Technical) in ship management companies or equivalent
• Experience as the Chief Engineer on board Container Vessels
• Good communications and coordination skills to work with teams from diverse backgrounds
• Experience as DPA, Superintendent (Marine or Manning) in Ship management company or related to Maritime Security
• Practical experienced in handling various machinery issues/troubles, troubleshooting repairs and preventive maintenance
• Experience in studying the data of the incidents and inspecting from the viewpoint of statistics and data science advantageous
