• Managing and attending to all the administration and reports on customers feedback, Customer Service Index (CSI) & Customer Viewpoint (CVP) that such information would be used by respective Manager to improve service level and/or operations. Analyze and interpret CVP/ CSI trends.
• Responsible for managing and achieving principal set retail standards (CVP, Mystery Shopping, Podium)
• Management of customers database for purposes of introducing customer programs: loyalty etc.
• Update/Maintenance of database accuracy and quality

Role Description

We are looking for a full-time HR Executive to join our dynamic and diverse team in Singapore. As an on-site HR Executive, your role will be to handle and manage administrative tasks relating to human resources including employee onboarding, off-boarding, managing employee data, maintaining HR records, and assisting in recruitment initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.

Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.

Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Assist managers in setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.

Monitor employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Ensure organizational compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience working with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and ability to assist with recruitment initiatives.

• In charge of the operational procurement process for ship’s requirements.
• Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules
• Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of
