The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the team in the execution of VivoCity’s long-term digital road map and the execution of digital solutions for the automation of processes in VivoCity, including ensuring the continuity of loyalty programmes, development of systems across departments including Retail Design Management and Leasing, portals and CRM in order to increase work efficiency, competitiveness and improve the quality of the shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• To support the martech team in all marketing technology projects, including the loyalty programme, tenant portal
• To support project development by carrying out testing, training and deployment planning prior to project roll-out

What you will be working on

Manage Facility:

• Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with GMP regulations. This includes developing and implementing procedures and processes, maintaining accurate and up to date records and documentation, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, reporting incidences and preparing reports and data as required by management or to regulatory authorities.
• Assist to manage equipment- and system-related investigations, CAPAs, deviations change controls and to review records.

General Overview

As a key member of the LNG Market and Business Solutions Team, the incumbent will support and report to the Senior Manager (LMBS), to work on commercial activities to drive the growth of Growth Projects by the company. Position Overview:

The Business Development and Relationship Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing new donation booths and donation points in collaboration with corporate partners, shopping centers, Reits, Management Agencies and other relevant bodies and locations.
