Contracting Management

• Develop the Contracting Strategy appropriate for the project scope, project strategy and contractor market; to be involved as early as Investment Proposal in the development of Contracting Strategy.

• Based on key categories of procurement plan, develop and execute a project strategy and category strategy. Responsible for ensuring the availability of the goods and services according to functional budget and planning requirements

• Execute the annual terminal procurement plan and budget as per allocation
• Perform spend analysis, contract analyses, categories review, process improvement analyses and define initiatives to be included in the annual terminal procurement plan and budget cycle.
• Align the plan with all stakeholders and subsequently govern execution of the procurement plan.
