Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing forward planning on materials stock plan
• Responsible for liaising with all extenal vendors on subcontracting job particularly on their PO, DO, shipment arrangment, delivery schedule and quality delivery service to production.
• Responsible for procuring production material based on master planning requirement for manufacturing and also support Production to procure consumable items.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business
• Min 2 years of working experience in Production planning, FIFO for material supply and good supplier communication and basic procurement SOP.
• Knowledge and experience using MRP or ERP system for planning and inventory control.

Job Description

• Handling sales inquiries and quotations from customers;
• Handling pre and post sales enquiries from customers;
• Entering confirmed orders into order system;
• Arrange and track delivery of products from overseas and local warehouse to customers’ location;
• Documentation of order archiving;
• Conduct general office administration;
• Ability to communicate with clients regarding on their orders and our products
