Responsibilities

General Administration & Payroll Management

• Typing of Letter of Appointment and other personnel letters for assigned projects/divisions.

• Maintain complete and updated employee records relating to remuneration.

• Ensure accuracy of HR data for monthly payroll processing.

• Perform bi-monthly payroll processing for assigned projects/divisions.

• Assist the project manager to roll out the hospital’s value-based healthcare (VBHC) initiatives, including administrative support and liaising with various stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital setting.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Strong work ethics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Prior hands-on experience in data mining, data management, data modeling, data visualisation, healthcare-related analytics will be an advantage.
