Job Description
The Executive will assist the Operations Manager in managing daily operations and planning manpower to drive operational excellence in the Nursing Home. This includes ensuring that the Nursing Home is in compliance with all regulatory, licensing, safety, and environmental requirements.

In addition, they will also have the opportunity to lead, train, supervise, and mentor staff in areas such as Facilities Management, Repair and Maintenance, Fire Command Centre, and Transportation sections of the Operations department.
- Identify and perform necessary maintenance on buildings and facilities
- Conduct inspections periodically to evaluate the maintenance condition to identify necessary corrective actions
- Report any deficiencies as they occur and request emergency or routine service
- Oversee and manage the appointed contractors to ensure that they conform to the required standards
- Manage the process of contracts, raise Purchase Order(PO) and activate the renewal when due
- Responsible for administrative duties, including developing and maintaining operating procedures, verifying invoices, monitoring expenses, and assisting in budget exercise
- Oversee fire safety measures in the nursing home
- Participate and support work process improvement and technology enhancement projects
- Manage and supervise a team of operations assistants inclusive of recruitment, discipline and performance appraisal
- Ensure that the facilities team is in compliance with workplace safety standards
- To ensure management of the outsource vendor does schedule servicing in a timely manner and submits a service report to MOHH iham before the timeline
- Other duties as assigned

Job Description :

• Responsible for the running of day-to day operations of the job sites.
• To conduct regular clealiness inspection within the premises.
• To ensure cleaning processes are carried out smoothly to meet quality standard.
• To monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure cleaning equipment are available in working condition at all times.
• To assist site supervisors in recruitment and training of cleaners for jobsites.
• To assist site supervisors plan periodic work schedules for the jobsites.

Requirement :

• Minimum 3 years experience in Cleaning Operations.
• Physically fit and healthy.
• Possess good communication skills and can-do attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to recruit cleaning staff / crew.
• Possess class 3 driving license, van will be provided.

Scope:

• Work within local and regional on operating processes and claim handling procedures
• Attend to claim enquiries and feedback, maintain positive relationship with all customers, brokers, service providers etc,
• Manage and handle claims to finality within designated Settlement Authority and Claims Management Guidelines
• Ensure that loss reserves are set and maintained in accordance with guidelines, timely updates of claims data made into systems and correctness of systems and file records,
• Maximize recoveries from insurers, salvage dispositions, subrogation or other recovery proceedings through close monitoring. Ensure timely advices, relevant supporting documents and responses to enquiries are provided to coinsurers / reinsurers to settle their share promptly.
• As required, assist in claims related projects including UAT etc, and other projects/assignments or tasks, as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with prior administrative experiences
• Able to commit 6 months
• Meticulous and detailed
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
