Work experience, skills, and education requirements

• Degree, master’s degree in computer science, technology, finance

About the Team

You'll contribute to content strategy and planning, and have an understanding of how regional campaigns support business goals. You're independent, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity and problem-solving. You have experience juggling multiple projects and prioritizing them to have the greatest impact on your team and the company. Job Description:

1. Responsible for the content ecosystem of international short video platforms. Develop a deep understanding of content, analyze business data and user needs to identify key issues in content production, distribution, and consumption. Set quantifiable goals and implement strategies to achieve them.
2. Conduct quantitative data analysis and qualitative observations to address critical issues in platform ecosystem evolution. Provide effective insights and leverage product mechanisms, content/recommendation strategies, and AI technologies such as machine learning to create a positive content consumption and creation environment.
