What is the opportunity?:

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. Job Duties:

1）Managing the execution Imports & Export LC, LC confirmations, Discounting, Guarantees, Performance Bonds, Tenders etc.

2）Handling LC amendments, reviewing the underlying contracts, checking documentation, negotiating key terms with banks or internal stakeholders.
