Key Job Accountabilities:

· Liaison with customer reps on documentation procedures including certification and maintenance release.

• To manage plant technical maintenance activities, technical staff planning, deployment and improve productivity of the technical operations.
• To ensure the life span of all equipment, system and structure can be prolonged with minimum disruption and operating costs.
• To prepare and manage annual technical operational budget
• To take charge of workplace safety & health
• To maintain ISO as well as bizSAFE certification
• To lead and supervise Procurement and Information Technology (IT)
• To take up projects or committees as and when assigned by the Management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Degree / Diploma in relevant discipline such as in M&E, Industrial & System Engineering.
• Relevant working experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Able to work independently and results-orientated.
• Possess ability to lead and motivate a team include managing conflicts.
