Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings / appointments
Handle general admin works in construction industry
Liaise with other departments

Filing documents

Requirements

Qualifications/ Skills and Abilities:

You will be responsible for coordinating sea import shipments, managing import/export files, updating shipment statuses, and handling customer notifications. You will communicate with clients, agents, and overseas offices, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operates as the point of contact for assigned to address customers’ needs on commercial matters

2. Assist in Company-wide negotiations with existing customers, including

preparation of proposals, contracts and discussion of the contract terms and conditions

3. Liaise with other divisions and departments on customers’ requirements

4. Tracks customer account metrics

REQUIREMENTS

1. Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR

2. Good Honours Degree in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering) or Business

3. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

4. Able to be creative in developing solutions

5. Relevant knowledge and experience in aviation/sales/commercial is an advantage.

6. Conversant in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

7. SAP background and experience would be an added advantage

• Perform internal audits as per internal audit schedule in accordance to AS9100, and PART-21 Subpart G requirements OR AS9110C and P-145 requirements
