• Identify opportunity for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering team to introduce new products or implement product changes.
• Conduct inspections and test at various stages to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Supervise and coach junior lab technicians and interns.
• Lead initiative to maintain a well-organized and safe laboratory environment in line with 5S principles.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance / Quality Control function
• Knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS), Methodologies
• Team management or supervisory skills
