Responsibilities

· New business development and existing customer management for management system certification.

· Build and strengthen good relationship with clients, prospects and associations

· Coordination of regional/Global contracts

· Provide market information on certification

· Improve of managing key accounts

· Do tele-sales when required and assist the other sales team in identifying the contacts, leads when required

· Visit customer as and when needed

· Preparation of brochures and track records and weekly reporting on sales activities

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive specializing in Order Management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless order processing experience for our customers.
