This position is a member of the Quality Systems team which supports the implementation and maintenance of various Quality Systems and to guarantee the quality oversight for validation related activities which includes Data Integrity at site.

Responsibilities

• Support the site projects on Qualification/ Validation

· Assessment and Approval of Documents

• Responsible to review and approve the Quality Control related (Analytical Instrument Qualification, Analytical and Microbiology Method Validation, Critical Reagent Qualification) protocols, reports, procedures and other related documents to ensure compliance to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate and approve discrepancy related to qualification/validation protocols in order to guarantee documentation of the incidents and identification of corrective actions.

• Support collaboration and participations in projects as Quality Representative for Quality Systems and Validation.

• Support in multisite initiatives to ensure harmonization of Quality Systems and qualification/validation related activities between the plants.

• Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Supervisor.

Requirements

• Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, biology, biotechnology chemistry, chemical engineering, engineering or a related discipline.

• Certification and trainings such as Certified Quality Engineer or specific Validation topics will be advantages.

• Min experience of 2-3 years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology in quality assurance, manufacturing operations or validation

Responsibilities:

• Inspect product dimensions using calibrated tools.

Documents, Records and Data Management:

• Drafting and updating of Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and specification documents for EM, equipment, sampling plan, test methods, final products and raw/packaging materials.
• Author and review technical protocols and reports (e.g. EM risk analysis), develop guidelines and standard practices for data documentation, analysis and training.
• Review test results, document data and produce trends (e.g. EM) in an efficient, organised and presentable manner to facilitate discussions, support business and performance metrics reporting.

Deviations, Change Control and Audits Management:

• Support deviations (e.g. test OOS, EM excursion) initiation, investigations and root cause analysis for product defects and quality lapses.
• Support change control and CAPA implementation.
• Support internal and external audits/inspections.

Equipment and Lab Management:

• New equipement commisihing support( Operational qualification-OQ, Performance qualification- PQ
• Monitor and schedule equipment calibration and maintenance as per schedule and site master file.
• Perform lab housekeeping, lab cleaning and biohazard/waste management.
• Perform monitoring and procurement of lab inventory, for e.g. materials and consumables.

Continuous Improvement:

• Implement initiatives to encourage improvement of QC procedures, activities and workflows.
• Conduct routine literature review through established publication channels to ensure continual knowledge proficiency on both GMP and current technological trends relevant to CellVec’s activities.

The Quality Technician, Product Quality is responsible for product release of complete instrument and play key role in ensuring the released instrument is meeting quality and regulatory requirements.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, PQE and is part of the QARA team located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform outgoing product release (Device History Records buy-off) and inspection on instruments according to documented procedures.
• Perform part tracking for install and complaint issues. Ensure part is being received so failure analysis can be initiated.
• Support in complaint investigation activities. The job also require work with cross functional team and ensure proper investigation records is generated.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Diploma/ ITE in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in QA is required.
• Knowledge of the following QMS standards - ISO9001 QMS, ISO13485 QMS and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 is strongly

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
