Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of product and service quality across the organization. This role ensures that all operational processes comply with company guidelines and regulatory standards to improve staff performance and service delivery. 1. Quality Assurance (Internal Audit)

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures in line with company goals and industry best practices.

• Analyze quality performance data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Manage Operational Risks

• Implement Workplace Safety and Health Policy practices
• Ensure that all stores complied to all MB policies and guidelines.
• Report any work incidents; may include vandalism, fight, fire, abuse, accidents, etc.

Manage Documentation, Financial and report management

• Attend scheduled departmental meetings as required.
• Prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly) as stipulated by management
• Review systems and processes for workflow and productivity improvement.
• Contribute ideas and cooperate in the execution of on-going initiatives.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
