Responsibilities:

• Understand and document business processes, workflow and user story;
• Perform checks under both functional and non-functional scopes of testing;
• Review, develop and align test plan, test cases, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to quality standards;
• Perform manual and automated testing using Tricentis TOSCA, including preparing test data when necessary;

• Collaborate and coordinate with system stakeholders and Authority’s appointed contractors for testing;
• Review test process and recommend improvement, which includes analysing test processes and methodologies, identify area for improvement and recommend process optimisations and best practices; and
• Manage test activities and ensure the planned test activities are completed as scheduled.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance/ Tester or equivalent position
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines would be preferred;
• Certified Software Testing Professional and/or Certified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to details, good interpersonal skills such as tactfulness, good presentation and listening skills;
• Experience in the following would be advantageous:
• Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCA; and
• Testing for government public services.

Technical Quality Project Manager is responsible for the efficient set-up, execution, control and management of "Projects" within the agreed contractual scope & company's policy with client's satisfaction as a final result. Audit and Compliance

Food Quality and Operational Audits:

• Develop and implement comprehensive audit programs to assess food quality, safety, and compliance with internal and external standards / regulations (e.g., SFA, HACCP).
• Conduct regular, detailed audits across multiple locations, focusing on health and safety, preparation processes, and final product presentation.
• Perform mystery shopper assessments and operational reviews, particularly targeting high-volume quick service restaurants (QSR) and fast-food environments, to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards. In addition, work with external agencies.

Training and Development

Quality and Compliance Training:

Halal and SFA Compliance:
