Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at MKS Global, a leading design and build company in Singapore specializing in workspace projects. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our design and build services, enhancing our brand presence, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our office design and build services.
• Create engaging content for digital platforms (website, social media, email campaigns) to showcase our projects and expertise.
• Manage and update the company website and social media channels to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
• Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the office design and build industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and client engagement.
• May need to organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the drafting, review and filing of various contracts to ensure the accuracy and compliance of contract contents.
2. Write high-quality project promotion copy, assist in marketing activities, and enhance brand awareness and influence.
3. Collect customer project information, ensure the information is complete and accurate, and submit the required information in a timely manner.
4. Support sales managers to complete project-related work, prepare required information and documents, and improve work efficiency.
5. Regularly follow up on customer project progress, maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the quality of after-sales service.



Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, related majors are preferred.
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience. Applicants with business assistant or copywriting experience are preferred.
3. Be humble and polite, have strong affinity, and have good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork spirit.
4. Have good communication and writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to handle bilingual documents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Interior Designers, Carpenters, Main/Sub contractors, Architects and Consultants
• Understand customers' business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Prepare and submit samples for project tenders
• Gather necessary projects information, create proposals and present them to potential clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customers and potential new customers to increase sales
• Provide clients with professional advice on products and services, and offer alternative solutions that best meet customers' requirements
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customers' satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interest
• Collect market information on consumers and competitors in the high pressure laminates industry
• Accomplish sales target and KPI individually and as a team
• Prompt update of CRM and maintain accurate records in the system
• B2B sales experience, preferably in a related or similar industry is an added advantage
• Must possess own vehicle for site visits and meeting customers
• Exposure in building material, interior products or relevant trade is an added advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of project tendering and management processes
• Able to work at Kranji area

You will be responsible for administrative duties in the daily operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities as following:

· Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

· Provide general administrative support, coordinate office activities and operations to ensure the efficient operation of company.

· Manage all paperworks & data entry such as issue Purchase Order, Invoice & etc.

· Ensure good function of office facilities and equipment and keep track of office supplies inventory.

· Provide assistance and adhoc duties that may be assigned whenever necessary.

. Process work passes application, renewal and cancellation (EPOL& WPOL).

.To update employee records in HR system and filing.

. Assist in maintaining staff leave record etc

. Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and process.

. Other ad-hoc HR and supporting duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

-Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $2400-$3500 (depending on qualification and experience) + commission
