• Ensure daily needs of residents are well taken care of

Role Description

We are looking for a self-starting, cheerful, client-centric, and helpful individual to join our team. The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. You will need to be fast, organised, and meticulous when sharing and collecting information from potential buyers. Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls);
• Search for information within our CRM to deliver accurate answers to questions from potential buyers whilst entering any new data into the listings to enrich the information;
• Qualify potential buyers expressing interest in Propseller listings;
• Coordinate and (re)schedule property viewings for buyers against the schedule of the assigned Real Estate Consultants / internal teams to meet team targets and maximise sales opportunities for each call/enquiry;
• Track and update your team tasks and activities through our in-house tech platform;
• Produce regular reports and conduct improvement-sharing sessions;
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects from time to time.

Ideal Candidate

You have at least 6 months of working experience, ideally in the customer service field. You are an excellent communicator with a pleasant attitude who takes ownership in answering enquiries and helping customers get the smooth and optimal viewing experience they deserve with us.

• Diploma or equivalent;
• Experience in customer service/sales support/call center would be beneficial;
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English as the role requires the candidate to answer enquiries via online chatroom or phone;
• Proficient in Google Suite / MS Office and with computers in general;
• Able to work 5 days a week (including public holidays and weekends) with 2 fixed off days per week, rotation between 9am-6pm and 12pm-9pm shifts;

SUMMARY OF THIS ROLE

Report to Group Head of People and Culture and act as business partner leading and managing the full range of HR operations for assigned Business Units.

Work closely with People and Culture Team in China and Malaysia for Employee Engagement Programs, Benefit and Perks Refinement and any ad-hoc projects required for business needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with hiring managers in selection of candidates with right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes in timely manner
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Advise on labour policies, employment legislation, and the practical applications to business managers to facilitate understanding of compliance requirements, enforce all Human Resources process are compliance with Company policies and legal requirements
• Ensure all employee records are accurate and updated in HR System
• Ensure quality of onboarding experience to facilitate the employees blend in the work culture and atmosphere
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for better employee retention
• Partner with business managers to champion employee engagement programs and foster an inclusive culture
• Ensure timely submission of monthly Human Resources report and Payroll for management review
• Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
